At Homesmart, we believe in providing convenience and value to our customers. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Whether you're stocking up on supplies for your next project or grabbing a few essentials, you can enjoy the convenience of having your items delivered right to your doorstep without any additional shipping charges.

 

Shipping method and timelines:

  • Standard shipping: Our shipping partners for the UK are; Amazon Shipping, UKMail/DHL Group, Evri and Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or peak seasons.
  • Shipping restrictions: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers. 
  • Order processing: Orders are processed and shipped out within 1 business day (same day if ordered before 3) of receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Order tracking: You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the tracking link to view the current whereabouts of your package.
  • Changing or cancelling orders: If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it altogether, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.
  • Lost or damaged packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible.

At Homesmart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help! Please review our returns policy below:

 

Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Timeframe for returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Return process:

  1. Contact us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@homesmartonline.co.uk or 01543 742971. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  2. Return authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return shipment: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Return inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  5. Refund or exchange: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or provide you with a store credit, depending on your preference. If you requested an exchange, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible. Refunds are typically issued within 5-10 business days upon receipt of returned goods.

 

Non-returnable items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Hazardous materials

 

Damaged or defective items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
